About Elizabeth McLaren
Born in Dunedin, New Zealand, Elizabeth McLaren now works from her studio in North Vancouver. Her art reflects her love of BC and the West Coast and she often draws from her own garden and the hiking trails near her home. She is inspired by nature, pastoral scenes, mountains, flowers and forests and she works mainly with oils paints and watercolours. She is a highly accomplished artist and her work reflects the beauty of the places she draws inspiration from.
